STEP NEXT 2021 FAQS

Step Next is taking place on January 25th, 2021 virtually. If you are confirmed to participate, you will receive all the logistical details to attend and make the most of the event.

Closer to the event, there will be mentors participating announced who will be hosting the sessions. The mentor slots will be open for booking and will be on a first come, first serve basis. 

Your profile will be reviewed by the team and you will hear back from Step within 3 days with an update about your access pass. 

• You’ll meet hiring managers from successful  tech startups (previous participants include  founders and hiring managers from Okadoc, Seez, Sarwa, Bulkwhiz, and more).
• Have the opportunity to book 1-on-1 career mentorship sessions with recruiters and experts.
• Network live with peers through speed and group networking, and hosted lounges.

• Meet talent live through networking opportunities at Step Next 2021.
• Get curated profiles to meet for on the spot interviews or to grow your talent pool.
• Host a lounge to share and discuss your company goals and values. 

The team will be in touch within 3 days to understand your goals and objectives better to make sure that Step Next is the right fit for your hiring needs and talent expectations.
